If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or maybe you just changed your mind, within 30 days of purchase you can return it to us for an exchange or a full product refund (excluding shipping & handling), whichever you prefer.

If you want to exchange the item you will not be charged for the shipping and handling of any items sent to you as exchanges.

Lifetime Warranty on Boomyah Tone 'n Trek Pole Shafts
We provide a lifetime warranty for the pole shafts of Boomyah Tone ‘n Trek poles against manufacture defects when used for their intended purpose. This includes defects such as breaking, excessive bending or other functional defects, but does not apply to things such as dings, dents and surface scratches or abrasions.
You will not be charged for any shipping & handling costs related to returning or exchanging any item returned to Boomyah due to product defects covered under our warranty.

Intended and Unintended Uses of Boomyah Tone 'n Trek Poles
Boomyah Tone ‘n Trek poles are specifically intended for Fitness Walking and may also be used for other low to moderate impact activities such as Jogging and low-impact Hiking & Snowshoeing, and are warranted for this type of use.
Poles are NOT INTENDED for activities that place high stress on them such as high-impact hiking, mountaineering, downhill skiing or extreme sports activities. Please do not use the poles in unintended manner as damage or injury may result!

Except as Warranted above, all Boomyah products are sold ‘as is’. The customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Boomyah’s entire liability, for breach of these warranties will be replacement of any defective product, provided that:
- Any product warranty claim is provided to Boomyah in writing, along with the product, within fifteen (15) days of the end of the applicable warranty period and within thirty (30) days of the date the product was found to be defective, accompanied by the original purchase receipt or packing slip and a description of the reason for return.
Except as provided in the above paragraph, all express or implied conditions, representations and warranties, including any implied warranty or condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed and excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
