How To Place An Order

You can order Boomyah products any time that's convenient for you, either on this website or by calling our friendly Customer Service team 24/7/365.  See below for information about how to order on our website or by telephone.


Ordering On This Website

For those who have not had a lot of experience ordering products over the internet, we hope the information below is helpful to guide you through the process step-by-step - it's pretty easy.  We suggest printing this page so you can use it as a handy reference while placing your order.

At any point while ordering, if you have questions or are unsure, please feel free to call our Customer Service folks toll-free at 1.800.640.6966.  We're here at all times to help.


To find the items you want to purchase: 

The products on this site are organized so that you can click through to go from looking at categories of products (such as 'Tone 'n Trek Poles & Parts' or 'Bags & Packs') to seeing details about individual items (such as 'Tone 'n Trek Simplicity Poles: Original' or 'Boomyah Hands-Free-Walkin' Waist Pack'). 


To purchase a product:

  1. Click through until you are on the page for the individual item you'd like to purchase.  You'll know you're on the right page if it includes a table with the price, a place to select quantity, and an 'Add to Cart' button. 
  2. Choose your desired product details in the table (i.e. Color, Quantity, etc.)
  3. After you select your details, click 'Add to Cart' button.  This will put the item into your 'shopping cart' and take you to another page.  The new page will show all the items currently in your shopping cart.
  4. Double-check the  details of the item(s) in your shopping cart to make sure it's exactly what you want.  You can still make changes if you want.
    • Any time you change any details (i.e. Quantity, etc.) or other information on this page click the 'Update Cart' button so that your changes are included.
    • If you want to purchase more items, click the 'Continue Shopping' button.  This will take you back to the area where you can shop for more products. 
    • Repeat Steps 1 to 4 above for every item you want to purchase.
    • Just like a regular store, once you've got everything you want in your shopping cart, you're ready to checkout and pay for them. 
  5. When you've got everything you want in your shopping cart and you're ready to purchase them, click the 'Checkout Now' button.  This will take you to another page where you will begin the simple 2-step checkout process.
  6. The first step of checking out is to enter your billing, shipping and payment information - this is all done on a single page.
    • You'll have an opportunity enter your Boomyah Account number (if you have one) or to register for a new account if you want to.  Note that you can purchase Boomyah products without registering for an account.
    • You'll need to provide info such as:  the shipping method/speed you want, where to ship the order to, and your credit/debit card info and billing address.
    • You still have the option of changing your order by clicking on 'click here' near the Order Summary information. 
    • After you've finished entering and confirming the requested information, click the 'Continue Checkout' button to proceed to the final step of checkout.  This will take you to a page that includes a "Place Order" button.
  7. The second and final step of checking out is to confirm and place your order.
    • When you've confirmed that all the info is correct and you're ready to pay for the items, click the 'Place Order' button just one time*.  This completes your purchase and will result in your credit/debit card being charged for the order.  You're done!
    • You will see a page with a 'Thank You' and 'Order Confirmed' message, along with your Order Number.  Please print out this page or write down your order number.
    • If you have provided us with your email address during checkout, or if you have registered for an account with us, you will receive an email from Boomyah with your receipt. 
    • *Note: if you click 'Place Order' more than once, your credit/debit card may be charged more than once (the computer doesn't know you've clicked it more than once by mistake, it thinks you've placed multiple orders).  If you think you may have mistakenly hit 'Place Order' more than once, please call the Boomyah Customer Service team at 1.800.640.6966.  They'll help you straighten things out.

If you're in the United States or Canada, you can call one of our friendly Customer Service representatives toll-free any time, any day at 1.800.640.6966.  Just let us know you'd like to place an order and we'll take it from there.

To make sure you get exactly what you want it is helpful if you have access to this website while you're talking to the Customer Service person.  However, we can still take care of things for you even if you're not looking at the website.

For your added convenience, if you provide us with your email address while placing your order, shortly after your order is completed you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your order and providing you with a receipt.
