Returns & Exchanges Are Easy
Boomyah's return policy is just like our products: simple and hassle-free.
Basically you've got 30 days to decide if you want to keep your item or not, otherwise you can exchange it or return it to us for your money back. No reason needed, no questions asked.
And of course, any item with a product defect covered under Boomyah warranty can be exchanged or returned at any time within the warranty coverage period.

Because of the unique size of the Tone 'n Trek poles, we suggest you hold onto the shipping box they come in, just in case you want to return them at some point. For information about how to exchange or return an item, please see below.
Basic Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of purchase you may return it to us for an exchange or full product refund (excluding shipping & handling), whichever you prefer.
If you want to exchange the item you will not be charged for the shipping and handling of any items sent back to you as exchanges.
Product Defects: Returns Covered by Warranty
In the case of a product defect covered under Boomyah warranty you may return it to us for an exchange or full product refund (including shipping & handling) any time within the warranty coverage period. You will not be charged for any shipping & handling costs related to returning or exchanging the item.
Returns or Exchanges of Gift Items
If the item was a gift please let us know who purchased it for you. Whether you want an exchange or return we’ll take care of it, following the same guidelines listed above under "Basic Returns and Exchanges".
How To Make a Return or Exchange
To make arrangements for a return or exchange, please give our Customer Service team a toll-free call at 1.800.640.6966 or shoot us an email at returns@boomyah.com.
We'll want to get some basic information (your contact info, order info, etc.) - if you still have the packing slip or invoice from the order it makes things even easier. We'd also like to know the reason for the return to help us improve our products and marketing efforts.
Please follow the instructions of the Customer Service team member regarding how to handle your return.
Upon receiving the item from you, we will issue a credit to your credit or debit card for the returned item(s), even if you are just exchanging it.
For exchanged items, we will then charge you separately for the new item when we ship it to you (you won't be charged shipping & handling). This will keep things clean and easy to understand on your credit card billing statement.
To Check Status of Returned/Exchanged Item(s)
It usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks for us to process returns and exchanges, depending on the timing of the shipping.
You can check the status of your item any time:
