What's Boomyah's Story?
We like to march to the beat of a different drummer.
Based in beautiful Denver, Colorado USA, Boomyah International was founded with the belief that, despite all the ads you may see, kids and 20-year-olds are not the only ones interested in staying active, having fun and using cool new products.
We've set out to design modern, innovative fitness and recreation products that make it really simple for anyone to lead a more active, vibrant and healthy life…and to have a little fun while doing it. We utilize a principle called Universal Design, which basically means to design so that it's user-friendly for the broadest possible number of people.
Stay Active, Have Fun, Enjoy Life. More than just our motto, this is the philosophy that drives what we do here at Boomyah. We embrace the idea of living life to the fullest - and we don't put age limits on it.

Everything we do starts and ends with creating a fantastic experience for anyone who comes in touch with Boomyah, whether from our website, a phone call or especially when using our products.

In a world full of me-too products, we prefer to find new and better ways to do things, right down to the tiniest little touches. If it makes things easier for you, helps you look & feel better, and puts a smile on your face then we know we’ve done things right.
Thinking Differently: Tone ‘n Trek Nordic Fitness Walking Poles
The innovative design of Tone ‘n Trek™ Simplicity™ poles - our first product - was inspired by this philosophy.
The easy thing to do would have been to just put our logo on existing available poles and away we go. This is actually what some companies do, which is OK for them we suppose.
However, extensive consumer research using some of the leading Nordic walking poles revealed that many people found existing poles to be surprisingly complicated, non-intuitive and difficult to use - much more hassle than you'd think.
So instead of blindly following the pack, we listened to you and created from scratch our own design to make our poles more user-friendly. Then we made liberal use of bold, vibrant colors to give them a little extra energy and personality. Why not?
